This Privacy Policy explains what data may be processed when using the Vocalendar app and related web pages, for what purposes it is used, and what rights users have.

Depending on how a user uses Vocalendar, we may process the following categories of data:

- data related to email verification and account recovery.
1.2. Profile and Settings Data

- notification time;
- profile image, if uploaded by the user.
1.3. Data Entered by the User into the App
Vocalendar is intended for scheduling and lesson tracking, so the user may independently add the following to the app:
- student information, including name, phone number, contact method, or account used for communication;
- student photos, if the user chooses to add them;
- lesson data, including date, time, lesson type, comments, and the list of students;
- subscription and payment data, including purchase date, number of lessons, price, and remaining lessons;
- financial data generated based on the information entered by the user into the app.
1.4. Technical Data
When using the app and website, we may receive technical information necessary for operating the service, for example:
- IP address;
- device type and operating system;
- app version;
- interface language;
- information about network requests and technical errors.
- At this time, the app does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not include embedded analytics for advertising purposes.
2. What Permissions the App May Request
Depending on the device and platform, the app may request access:
- to the camera, so the user can take a photo for the profile or a student card;
- to the gallery or photo library, so the user can choose an image for the profile or a student card;
- to the internet connection, in order to authenticate, sync data, and use the server-side functions of the app.
- The app only uses permissions that are necessary for the relevant feature and that are triggered by user actions or service settings.
3. How We Use Data
We may use data for the following purposes:
- registration and account sign-in;
- email verification and account recovery;
- storage and synchronization of schedules, lessons, students, subscriptions, and related records;
- displaying the user profile and settings;
- operating reminders and notification settings;
- ensuring account security and preventing unauthorized access;
- error diagnostics, technical support, and improving service stability;
- complying with legal requirements and protecting our legitimate interests.
4. Where Data Is Stored
Some data may be stored locally on the user's device, including:

- profile image or student photos if they are selected on the device;
- session tokens and certain settings in the device's secure storage, if supported by the platform.
- Some data may be transferred to and stored on our server infrastructure where necessary for authentication, synchronization, and operation of the user account.

We do not sell users' personal data.

- to infrastructure and hosting providers, if necessary for operation of the app and website;
